BOSCH 1617EVS 2.25 HP Fixed-Base Router with Variable Speed Motor

The durable aluminum construction of our wood router makes it one of the most robust models available, featuring wooden handles on the fixed base and a soft grip handle on the plunge base. The fixed base comes with threaded holes for easy mounting to a router table, positioned in a common 3-hole pattern. It also includes the RA1161 fixed-base with a system for adjusting bit height from above the router table.

For maximum user control, the router features rounded hardwood handles and a microfine bit-depth adjustment. The built-in constant response circuitry ensures that our 1617EVS wood router maintains a constant speed throughout the cut, providing cleaner and more accurate results. The 12 amp motor and adjustable speed dial allow users to set the optimal speed (8,000-25,000 RPM) for more or less power, depending on their specific needs.

The router is compatible with the optional RA1129 template guide adapter set, which allows for easy changing of Bosch quick-release template guides and common threaded template guides. It includes the RA1126 template guide adapter and RA1100 interface for threaded template guides. Additionally, the package comes with a fixed base, 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch collet chucks, shaft wrench, collet nut wrench, chip shields, T-handle hex height adjustment wrench, and a 3-pack of 10-24 screws for table mounting.
