Honda GX Engine 8-Gallon Wheeled Air Compressor
The EC2510E compressor is designed to offer contractor grade quality and simplified operation. It is built to withstand continuous use, providing ample air and cycling from 116 PSI to a maximum of 145 PSI. This allows it to turn on well before tool requirements are compromised. Under a new name, Hitachi Power Tools is now known as Metabo HPT. Featuring a solid cast iron cylinder, this compressor is made of premium material that is widely recognized in the industry for its durability, consistent compression, and low oil carryover. It is powered by a professional-grade Honda GX engine, ensuring reliable performance. The integration of the control panel into the baseplate serves a dual purpose: it protects the gauge, regulator, and plumbing while also centralizing the controls for easy operation. With the oversized oil level site glass, the oil level of the pump can be easily monitored by everyone. This helps prevent pump damage caused by lock-up due to inadequate oil supply. A pneumatic throttle control, which utilizes air instead of a cable, is employed to adjust the throttle. This eliminates the common failure of cable throttles caused by crimping and breaking.
